Test for pure sign wave

1. Output AC220V / AC110V

Input DC12V

When operating ‘0.4A fan on’ under no-load current, the value increases about 0.25A compared to 0.6A similar step-form waves.

Input DC24V

When operating ‘0.3A fan on’ under no-load current, the value is similar with 0.6A similar step-form waves.

Nonlinear load

When turning on 750W (450W + 300W) of mercury lamps together, there is no distortion or noise.
There is no noise on the screen or audio signals even after turning on amps, monitors, etc.

Change of
voltage
(output)

Between 100W~600W with no-load AC221V, AC220V is maintained. When 800W, the value is AC218V, and
when 1000W, the value is AC214V, showing a voltage change rate within 3%.

2. On/off surge

When turned on, the DSP program controls the surge time of more than 1.5 seconds to realize a surge with more absorption
power for operation load. The time for turn off is about 2.5 seconds, and the operation of the ‘on’ switch is stopped till the
LED lamp completely goes off. This prevents the sudden re-run/repetition of on/off to safely protect the devices connected
and remove the current remaining on the pulse & circuit.

3. Overload cutoff

The DSP program diagnoses and detects (about three times) any overload operation on the product.
In case the program judges that there is an overload, the runs a self cutoff process.
When the load is normal, operation begins.
